Our pizzas are handmade from natural ingredients. We make the dough by hand from flour, salt, olive oil, water and a little yeast. It is then left to rise slowly for a minimum of 72 hours, ensuring a fantastic taste and aroma.
Our sauce is simply made from italian plum tomatoes pureed with our spice blend.
Each pizza is made to order with your choice of toppings, our blend of 3 different cheeses and a generous drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
